The Leadership Fundamentals programme introduces the core principles required by Security Officers moving into supervisory positions and by newly appointed supervisors responsible for maintaining standards, directing personnel and supporting effective security operations.
Programme Overview
Moving into a leadership position changes the nature of an individual’s responsibility.
